14hr wait in A&E following 30mins triage following suspected silent heart attack

Organisation within internal areas, people were being called to see doctors when they'd already been taken for x rays or scans!
Wait too long, not enough doctors available.
Having th say the same things to 8 different people over the course of wait.
Junior doctors and consultants giving contradictory advice
Not being given medication follow up instructions

From the minute I arrived until discharged all the staff were brilliant.They made me feel at ease, looked after all my needs, showed kindness and were really friendly. The medical team were brilliant and explained everything to me. For me it was a very positive time in hospital.So thank you

Decrease the waiting time, as I visit the hospital in an emergency, otherwise, I would go to the GP

Was treated kindly and with care from all departments from reception to nurse to dr. Was spoken to respectfully and any questions I had were answered professionally and explained politely.

Everyone associated with our NHS do ‘God’s Work’. There shouldn’t be a night where staff cannot get a good nights sleep.
